Some print shops may store orders on racks behind CS counters that require cashiers or team members to staff a to-go station. Some locations may use mobile pickup shelves using an "honor system."

Considering that online orders are forecasted to outgrow in-store transactions in the next decade, there has to be a better way. The Happy Box prevents unauthorized access to customer's orders, reduces customers pick up times to 45 seconds or less, and makes operational processes more efficient by automating pickup.

You complete another amazing job and prepare it for convenient, secure, and efficient pickup from The Happy Box.

First, a team member selects DROP OFF

Then, they select an available box to place order in for customer pickup. 

Customer receives a text message  that their package is ready for pickup at The Happy Box. Customer replies 'Got It' to receive their one-time verification code. 

Customer arrives at The Happy Box location at a convenient time for them, enters their verification code on the touchscreen kiosk, and picks up their package.
