Your administrative assistant receives packages from top courier companies in the U.S. for convenient, secure, and efficient pickup from The Happy Box by residents.
First, your administrative assistant selects DROP OFF
Then, they select an available box to place order in for member pickup.
Residents receive a text message that their package is ready for pickup at The Happy Box. Residents replies 'Got It' to receive their one-time verification code.
Residents arrive at The Happy Box location at a convenient time for them, enters their verification code on the touchscreen kiosk, and picks up their package.
